Do I need to check in?

Yes! Verify your entries and carry overs before you run to ensure a smooth production. If you enter before July 1, you will pick up your T-shirt then as well!

How do I edit my entry?

After an entry is submitted, access to editing is only permitted to the producer. Please text Hailey (435) 681-0058 with your name and changes and she’ll have it fixed promptly! Please visit the office for edits during the event.

Draw and entry important dates and info:

Enter before July 1 to enter with a check and save money on processing fees. Entries before July 1 also receive a free t-shirt with entry! Entries are due by July 26 to save on a one time $25 late fee. All first draws are completed July 27. Requesting entry credit email and refund on stalls/rvs are also due July 26.

Dress Code

Dress code is a long sleeve shirt with collar, long jeans, cowboy boots with a heel, and a cowboy hat or helmet. Dress code is required for all races Saturday and Sunday. The Warm Up Open 4D on Thursday night is western attire or Chasin’ Sunsets apparel.
